Job Overview:
We are a growing sales agency dedicated to delivering personalized insurance solutions and exceptional client experiences.  We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated and results-oriented Life & Health insurance representative to join our dynamic team.

You will play a critical role in providing tailored life and health insurance solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Applicants should have experience working with clients in the Life & Health space and be prepared to discuss their plan for generating leads and growing the client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs, provide personalized solutions, and offer expert guidance on life and health insurance products.
• Sales and Service: Attract new clients and cross-sell additional products (or uncover additional product opportunities) to existing clients. Provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Accountability for Results: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Take ownership of your results and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Client Retention: Conduct Annual Insurance Reviews and make policy changes for existing clients, ensuring they continue to receive the best possible coverage to suit their evolving needs.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices, contribute to team objectives, and maintain a positive, supportive team environment.
• Tough Conversations: Confidently manage difficult conversations regarding claims, premiums, or coverage changes, maintaining professionalism and empathy while finding the best solutions for clients.
• Compliance: Ensure all interactions and transactions are in line with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• LLQP is required.
• Financial designation such as CFP or CLU are considered assets.
• Proven experience in Life and Health insurance sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to manage tough conversations with confidence and professionalism.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of Life & Health insurance products, regulations, and best practices in Ontario.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software.

Compensation: 

$50,000 - $100,000/year total direct compensation (salary plus bonus), employer-paid group benefits.
